This weekend DG Stage presents the second part of Yannick Nézet-Séguin and the Orchestre Métropolitain de Montréal’s ‘A Summer of Beethoven’ with the Beethoven Symphonies Nos. 5 & 6. Recorded in the magnificent acoustics of the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts’s Bourgie Hall, the series continues through the summer, showcasing two symphonies per concert.

The Virtual Bayreuth Festival continues this weekend on DG Stage with a highlight – Frank Castorf’s staging of the complete Ring cycle. It starts with Wagner’s “Das Rheingold” at 6PM CET on Saturday, “Die Walküre” on Sunday at 4PM CET, “Siegfried”  4PM CET on August 12 and “Götterdämmerung” at 4PM CET on August 13.
