<p><span data-contrast="auto">Grigory Sokolov releases an LP set of his recent album featuring works by Purcell and Mozart. The pianist dedicated his entire 2022/23 season to performances of the two composers. Here he brilliantly unites Purcell&rsquo;s grounds (ground bass lines), tunes and dances with Mozart&rsquo;s piano works from the Viennesse Classical period, revealing their shared streaks of charm and melancholy.&nbsp;&nbsp;</span><span data-ccp-props="{&quot;134233117&quot;:false,&quot;134233118&quot;:false,&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559738&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:0,&quot;335559740&quot;:240}">&nbsp;</span></p>
