Renowned pianist and conductor Mikhail Pletnev releases his new album Chopin &amp; Scriabin: Pr&eacute;ludes.&nbsp;&nbsp;
Chopin&rsquo;s 24 preludes, inspired in part by Bach, take us through every possible major and minor key creating a kaleidoscope of musical moods and sensations. In turn inspired by Chopin&rsquo;s set, Scriabin&rsquo;s more rarely heard preludes follow the same tonal outline offering a fascinating prospectus of the visionary Russian composer&rsquo;s early musical language. The album presents Pletnev&rsquo;s first DG recording in almost two decades and DG&rsquo;s first pure analogue (AAA) frontline release since the 1980s, engineered by the Emil Berliner Studios.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;
The album is released digitally, on CD and on vinyl.&nbsp;
