Born in 2000, Tarmo Peltokoski is already recognised as one of the world&rsquo;s top-flight conductors. In the space of just two years he has been named Music Director Designate of the Orchestre National du Capitole de Toulouse, Music and Artistic Director of the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra and Principal Guest Conductor of the Rotterdam Philharmonic Orchestra, as well as of The Deutsche Kammerphilharmonie Bremen.&nbsp;
