The products listed on this site are Deutsche Grammophon’s international releases. They are distributed to 40 different countries by the various Universal Classics & Jazz operating companies, each of which has the discretion to decide if and when a particular product will be marketed in its territory.

Products are supplied to our retail partners in varying quantities and not automatically resupplied by us in line with stock levels, which are the retailers’ responsibility. Items may therefore be out of stock with one retailer but still available from another. You may also be able to find used copies in good condition on Discogs.com and similar sites.

Our digital formats include SD, HD and Dolby Atmos® (3D, spatial). To find out which formats are available for a particular product, please check with your provider.

Please contact the retailer from whom you purchased the product for a refund or replacement.

If you have purchased an LP that was released before 2019 and contains a download code, please send us a photo of the download card as proof of purchase and we’ll provide you with a link. Unfortunately, free downloads are not available for products released from 2019 onwards.
