The Orchestra dell&rsquo;Accademia Nazionale di Santa Cecilia under Musical Director Daniel Harding together with Chilean-American tenor Jonathan Tetelman release their new album, on which they are joined by an array of performers to present Puccini&rsquo;s operatic thriller Tosca.

This concert performance not only commemorates the Puccini anniversary but also marks the official debut of Harding as the orchestra&rsquo;s new Music Director, conducting his first ever performances of the tragic opera.

With an all-star cast on board, led by star tenor Jonathan Tetelman and soprano Eleonora Buratto as ill-fated lovers, their presentation of Tosca made a fitting tribute to Puccini in the year of the centenary of his death. They were joined amongst others by Ludovic T&eacute;zier as Baron Scarpia. With such experienced performers conjuring the drama of an opera in a concert performance, highlighting the slightest vocal and orchestral nuances &ndash; every detail of Puccini&rsquo;s wonderful writing can be heard.
