Mischa Maisky - The Complete Recordings on Deutsche Grammophon

As an exclusive DG artist for more than 30 years, Mischa Maisky has made over 40 recordings with orchestras such as the Wiener and Berliner Philharmonikers, the Israel Philharmonic, London Symphony Orchestra, Orchestre de Paris, Orpheus Chamber Orchestra and the Chamber Orchestra of Europe. His many Chamber Music recordings witness his long-standing partnership with Martha Argerich but also feature other important soloists such as Lang Lang, Sergio Tiempo and Gidon Kremer. His discography is a compendium of the core cello repertoire, also comprising lesser-known works, and arrangements for cello. Celebrating his remarkable output, we present a limited edition 44-CD set of his complete recordings on DG plus recordings made for Philips, with some recordings released for the first time internationally.
