Product Information
We release a further release from the new 9th batch of celebrated analogue albums reissued on vinyl with the highest possible audio quality as part of our Original Source Series. This time the cutting-edge, pure analogue technology of the Emil Berliner Studios was used to remaster Martha Argerich and Mstislav Rostropovich’s recordings of works by Chopin and Schumann.
Produced on 180g virgin vinyl by Optimal, these limited and numbered releases will be issued in deluxe gatefold editions featuring the original artwork and liner notes, with additional photos and facsimiles of the recording documentation on the inner sleeve. Furthermore, each release includes a note by Rainer Maillard/EBS detailing the technical background and procedure of the Original Source Series as well as an additional insert with a photo of the original tape box.
