Dreamscapes

On her upcoming EP&nbsp;Dreamscapes, composer-pianist-producer&nbsp;Eunike&nbsp;Tanzil&nbsp;presents six pieces that convey a sense of narrative invention and excitement.&nbsp;
It follows the success of her DG debut album&nbsp;The First of Everything&nbsp;and was again recorded with the&nbsp;Deutsches&nbsp;Symphonie-Orchester&nbsp;Berlin&nbsp;and conductor&nbsp;Anna Handler, with Tanzil herself on solo piano.&nbsp;
&ldquo;My new EP was inspired by the sounds of my childhood &ndash; melodies that first made me dream of becoming a composer. Growing up in a city without live orchestras, my earliest introduction to orchestral music came through animated films,&rdquo; says Tanzil. &ldquo;Dreamscapes&nbsp;brings&nbsp;me back to those early memories of being a child again, with music that captures optimism and hope. I used the orchestra as a canvas to paint my imagination, like soaring through the clouds or a dog chasing&nbsp;butterflies.&rdquo;&nbsp;
