Latvian pianist Georgijs Osokins releases his debut album on DG For Arvo. The project features an ultimate collection of Arvo Pärt’s music for solo piano, celebrating the Estonian composer’s 90th birthday this year (11 September 2025). Osokins offers a fresh and invigorating interpretation of Pärt’s spiritual and deeply moving compositions. The music was recorded on a century-old Blue Steinway and unlocks a mesmerising range of overtones and an unparalleled depth of sound.
