Pianist Alice Sara Ott announces her upcoming album featuring late Icelandic composer Jóhann Jóhannsson’s most famous works reimagined for piano. It includes some of Jóhannsson’s most iconic works from different films as well as from his studio albums, including Orphée and Englabörn. Ott’s interpretations capture the essence of the composer’s hauntingly beautiful music.  

As part of the overarching project Ott will release two EPs leading up to the release of the full album. Listen to a first pre-release track Theory of Everything from the first EP focusing on Jóhannsson’s film music .
