Celebrating the legacy of late DG artist Maurizio Pollini, we release the expanded edition of his complete recordings for DG.  

Besides the previous 2016 edition, which comprises the artist’s legendary complete recordings of works by Beethoven, Chopin, Mozart, Schumann, Brahms, Schoenberg, Bartók and Prokofiev, this new edition further offers all albums released since 2016.    

It further includes a Blu-ray disc of live performances of Beethoven’s last three sonatas and notably the CD and digital premiere of recordings from the 1960 International Chopin Competition in Warsaw. The edition is completed by an updated 204-page booklet containing rare photos and detailed information, as well as two DVDs featuring concert recordings with Karl Böhm, Claudio Abbado and the Wiener Philharmoniker.  

A digital version of the 1960 International Chopin Piano Competition recordings is also being released today for the first time.
